Clive Davies
Clive is a UK lawyer who after qualifying worked as an in house counsel in the insurance industry, the energy industry and then the computer industry.
He went into private practice and led IT and outsourcing teams as a partner at two leading London law firms. He then returned to a role in house as a senior lawyer in a global technology company where in addition to transactional work he was responsible for professional development and training.
Clive has spoken and written widely on the legal issues associated with IT and outsourcing - see Published Articles and his blog Thoughts of the Week also published on LinkedIn. He is a Fellow, Leading Accredited IT Lawyer and past chair of SCL (the Society for Computers and Law), a past chair of ITechLaw's in-house group and an editor of Communications Law.
